Importantly, with the use of containerized structures, we can customize various configurations for our customers, install them into the box in a reasonable manner, and work together with the generator set to improve integration, allowing the unit to better meet the working conditions required by customers and unleash its performance.
For example, for the batch of units purchased by the customer, considering the cold winter climate in Russia, we installed two heating devices, an oil heater and a coolant heater, in each container. Even in the current extreme cold weather, the units can quickly enter working mode without worrying about low temperatures.
The three units customized by the customer require them to work independently in a dispersed manner, while also considering the possibility of parallel operation. For this purpose, we have installed a parallel module so that three units can be connected together for use, with a power equivalent to 600kW.
High power and efficiency alone are not enough. Safety is one of the key considerations for customers, and there is no need to worry about it.
After installing safety protection equipment such as gas leak alarm, safety valve, and high-temperature aerosol fire extinguisher, this container power station can automatically complete the alarm and fire extinguishing process, minimizing the damage to equipment caused by accidents and saving time for rescue.
In addition, in order to better cope with extremely cold weather, thicker units have been used to better prevent cold and sand. The customer is satisfied with this configuration!
